Linda Tapia

As the Executive Director of this organization for nearly 40 years, I have been privileged and honored to be part of the growth and change in our Center. I have seen us grow from a group of 25 employees when I was first hired as a speech-language pathologist, to our present staff of nearly 200. The growth in the number of children in our Early Childhood Intervention Program has changed as well to our present level of serving well over 2000 children and families in our community in addition to the adults served through the New Beginnings Program. One of the accomplishments I am most proud to have been part of, however, is the selection, growth, and development of this incredible leadership team.
